Five Simple Steps to Scanned Photos
We strive to make our photo scanning order process simple and straightforward. Simply choose whether you would like to drop off your photos to our local office, schedule a pickup or mail in your photos. Then just let us do the hard work of scanning and preserving your photos. Our pricing is simple and allows easy cost estimation! Follow these simple steps below in order to have your photos scanned with us. Call us at any time to speak with a photo scanning technician!
Step One: Gather & Estimate Number of Photos
Place all of your photos neatly in a box and estimate how many you would like to have scanned. Hint: each 3/4-inch stack is about 100 photos. There is no need to count out each photo for an exact number - we will count them digitally as they are scanned. Once you have estimated how many photos you have, continue to our services page.
Step Two: Place Your Order
Once you have estimated how many photos, negatives and slides you would like to have scanned, simply print our order form and mail or deliver your photos with the form to our office. There are different options of picture quality to choose from including 300 dpi JPEG, 600 dpi JPEG and TIFF files (rare).
Step Three: Bring or Mail Your Photos to Our Office
To begin the scanning process simply bring your photos to our office, mail them to our office, or schedule a pickup (minimum order of $200 for pickups - please call (716) 432-8185 to schedule).
Step Four: Wait for Us to Scan Your Photos
Sit back and relax while we do the hard work of scanning and preserving your photos! Please allow up to ten business days for us to process your order. You will be notified upon completion.
Step Five: Pickup/Receive Your DVD/CD & Prints
After your order is completed, we will send you an invoice with the final payment amount. You may then pick up your order from our office (for locals) or it will be returned to you via USPS. You will receive your photos via Drobox as well as on a complimentary CD/DVD.
